I recently used the services of a design company and overall, my experience was decent. The website provided helpful information about the services offered, and I was able to easily navigate through it. However, I found the communication with the team to be a bit delayed at times, which caused some inconvenience. The design concepts presented to me were good, but I had expected a bit more creativity and originality. The final product met my requirements, but it didn't exceed my expectations. I think with more streamlined communication and a sharper focus on unique design ideas, the company could enhance the overall customer experience.
