I recently purchased a new home from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was informative, and I appreciated the variety of floor plans and customization options available. The sales team was friendly and helpful, but the process seemed a bit disorganized at times, leading to some frustration. The construction quality of my home is satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed post-move-in. The community amenities and location are great, but I feel that there could be more communication and follow-up during the building process. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my new home, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and construction management.
