I have been a customer of Dime bank for several years and I must say that their service is average. The online banking platform is easy to use and I can access my accounts anytime, which is convenient. However, their customer service could be improved as sometimes it takes a long time to get a response from their representatives. Overall, I would rate Dime bank as an average bank.
