I recently had the opportunity to interact with the electricity board in Kerala through their website. The overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information regarding their services and policies. However, I found the design to be outdated and in need of a modern upgrade.

The process of registering a complaint online was satisfactory, although it took longer than expected for the issue to be resolved. It would be helpful if they could provide a real-time status update on the progress of the complaint.

While the customer service agents were polite, I felt that they lacked in-depth knowledge and understanding of certain technical aspects. It would be beneficial for them to undergo further training to enhance their expertise.

In terms of electricity supply, there were no major disruptions or outages, but occasional fluctuations were observed. Overall, the Kerala State Electricity Board provides a decent service, but there is room for improvement in terms of website design, customer service expertise, and timely complaint resolution.
