I have had several church members and 2 family members at Brian Center in past years and most recent months. When I sat down to write this review I saw the negative reviews and I call bull I can honestly say the staff has given everyone I know great care. The staff that work at this facility are true HEROES in my book , they are working under the worst of circumstances a pandemic. They did everything they could to keep my loved one safe and COVID-19 free and I really appreciate that, maybe these other naysayers don t. I understand why I couldn t get in to see my family, I learned patience and that they would call me back when they had time between meeting the needs of their patients. This place has bragging rights, not only do they give exceptional care but by following them and asking around, they have really protected their residents from this virus all of their patients have remained COVID FREE through this whole pandemic, who else can say that?
