I have been buying cars from the Anderson family for 25 years and recently bought my first Lexus. I have always felt they took great care of me at their other dodge and Jeep dealerships but Lexus is another level. I recently had my second service there and my salesperson had been moved to the business office so I was introduced to my new customer service sales professional Julia Stephenson. She was absolutely amazing. I had not made the grand opening event of the new dealership and she offered to take me on a tour and it was really a pleasure being in her company listening to her talk passionately about the dealership and it's mission to provide the best car buying experience ever. She is very knowledgeable on the brand and really makes you feel important being part of the Lexus of Omaha family. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a salesperson that will be there for you every step of the way including after the sale. I will never own another brand than Lexus going forward and I hope to have Julia as my sales rep for many years to come. Lexus of Omaha is really a cut above the rest when it comes to the buying or leasing experience.
