Beautiful venue... It lost something... I would love for the administration to offer member or director level membership level, information that they are having private events Came early but no tables were available due to a private party. I would have like to know before hand so I do not have to be blindsided. This was not the first time. Private Supporter like us should not feel this way. Being treated fairly is more important then a luncheon to me. Our opinion of course... I did speak to someone, but no follow up.
Love vhf you have to see it at least once in a lifetime!
Again a great show, but past ones better.
Liked the Laguna show history, but prefer more from the older traditional "masters" work and more aerial displays. All in all together with Festival of the Arts and awesome concert it's always a wonderful experience.
Magical. Remember your ticket will also get you to the Sawdust Festival. Spread it out over a few days; enjoy it all! Picnic, music and art...all out doors!
Been coming for50 yrs. Never disappoints. Always joyful.
Pageant of the Masters is not to be missed! This is a performance unlike any you've seen before. Beautiful venue under the stars and an amazing experience you won't soon forget.
The art displays are well done and the show is wonderful and so unique.
Disaster.annoying narrating no acting.History channel f0r 20$.opera singer messed up no high notes, poor breathing. Butnrich people seem to enjoying it.
This is my 2nd year going and love it. If you live art , you'll love this.
Living art is the best way to explain this event. Bring binoculars as most of the show is only on the stage and not projected on a screen (few exceptions). Art collector? bring a big big wallet. There is an art gallery before/after show. Beer/Wine/Coffee is available and some theater type foods.
Love this show! Spectacular experience. Fun to take people who have never seen it before. Highly recommend.
Pageant is well done, especially for first-time viewers.
Awesome event. It was the second time I ve gone. We ate inside the festival. The food was excellent. The show never disappoints and the shuttles manage the crowds very well.
Excellent experience! Words cannot express how wonderful it was.
Best show around. The Pageant doesn't start until 8:30 but we go early and have dinner somewhere in Laguna Beach, then walk over to the grounds. This show never disappoints. The paintings and performers are the best. Highly recommend Pageant of the Masters for a fun evening out.
We try to go every year-great venue, amazing experience every time.
An exceptional art experience! Very unusual scenes depicting famous art works with real life subjects. Fabulous costuming and theatrical presentation!
First class venue for art and live entertainment. The grounds have recently been redesigned to allow for a stage and dining. The setting is beautiful and great to enjoy dining surrounded by beautiful art while experiencing live music. Bring a picnic or buy food there. The artist work displayed is top notch and there is something there for most tastes. I especially like the section of art featuring art from local students. The entrance fee is $10.00 and well worth it.
Food is decently priced but the tickets are grossly expensive
An amazing show. Would reccomend to everyone to check it out at least once. I will definitely be a returning fan.
A completely unique feast for the eyes, ears, and artistic soul is blended into an magical entertaining evening, where real people are transformed into famous paintings and sculptures, and beautifully choreographed with a live orchestra. My son was in complete disbelief, "Those aren't real! They can't be people," was his constant refrain. Bring binoculars to assist the non-believers.
Go early to enjoy the Arts Festival (included with the cost of admission) with one-of-a-kind art pieces for sale, and hands-on workshops. This is a MUST SEE event.
Wonderful renovation. Many more artist exhibits. Easier access. Bigger restrooms. A special area for kids artwork. And the usual high quality juried art of all types.
First time, enjoyed learning the history of the arts in Laguna Beach. Super interesting process.
Great place to spend a lazy afternoon. Snacks, cocktails, art, and entertainment. BYOB if you wish!
Fantastic night! Great participation of artists of the plastic arts .... and in scenes the theme of time and painting following the narrative thread of Da Vinci.
Amazing laguna beach tribute... Loved the whole show. Went with my mom. Son and grandson.. We all were in awe...
Attended The Time Machine last night for date night; this was our favorite year yet! It s so nice to bring a picnic and a bottle of wine to enjoy before the show, but if you want a table for the band, go early! We loved walking through all the artist displays, the children s art gallery is our absolute favorite!
I had a great time beautiful art and music way to go for this weekend!
My sister came from out of town. And she thought it was the most amazing Living Art she's ever seen in her life.
Having a wonderful evening with the Davenports at Pageant of the Masters.
What an amazing performance... Hope to be able to get back again. Totally worth it!
Not to disparage the talent & effort of all involved, but I just don't get it. Your milage may vary.
Awesome, just awesome! You must go at least once, then you're hooked, art lovers!
I waited a long time to go and I had high expectations! Definitely worth the wait! Go!
You have to see it to believe it. Art comes to life.
Amazing! Great show, great venue, great local art exhibition. An annual tradition.
Pageant of the Masters was fabulous! Live music, ambiance, art is great.
Great day outing. Live music & performances. Loved the restaurant food.
Such a fun and creative show! Loved it. 100% will go again.
beautiful art in a more beautiful family-friendly setting
I've been attending the Pageant of the Masters for 2 decades. Their work is amazing. The artists' pavilion had been remodeled (admittedly, it's a bit difficult to navigate efficiently).
Everyone needs to see at least one show in their lifetime. It's that special!
Great show this year. Music by Quattrosonics was excellent.
Pageant of the Masters is simply fantastic! I look forward to it
every year
B-4 u leave this plane & go 2 ur next destination? U have 2 go see the Festival of Arts. Framed pictures that they bring 2 life with real people. I don't know how it's done & I've been 2 more them a few shows. The scenes r exquisite. The one that will stay with me till the Lord calls me was the dragon Festival. I was mesmerized! They had dragons everywhere. They show u the framed picture, then the artist come out & take there place in the large frame? Turn off the lights so the stage is dark....THEN? On come on the picture lights as if the picture is on a wall....u do not see artist or the picture scene. U see the framed picture on a grander scale. There breathtaking. I love this time of year. Go! U must see this b-4 it's 2 late.
Pageant of the Masters is an amazing experience, sitting under the stars with a live orchestra. Quality performance and music. Art on the Festival grounds is enjoyable. Willie Nelson was there in concert the night we went. Dinner in the Tivoli Restaurant was exceptional.
The shows are very well thought out and written- a great take on classic art. The only thing that keeps me from giving it that 5th star is lack of diversity. I get that the location plays a role since they probably cast locals, but even the artwork presented was only diverse in that it featured different artists from different time periods. No people of color represented in any way. I'd love to see them get a broader palate.
Great pageant, love the music & the story this year. 10th time, & look forward to next year already
Wow!!! Far exceeded our expectations Absolutely loved it Can't wait till next year
Great evening. Looked at the art exhibits, had some dinner and watched the show.
Incredibly unique show. Amazing artwork, music, and vibes. It's an experience you have to do in the summer!
This was an incredible art and pageant show. Every time I thought that I had seen it all they would blow us away with a more incredible recreation of art. I will go back to see it again. Incredible!
What a great opportunity to see so many amazing pieces in one place.
An hour before they close on a weeknight l had the place to myself.
Very peaceful with a big grin on my face!
Out of courtesy I only took photos of the outside of the place I'm across the street at the Pageant of the Masters.
Amazing! Visit Wendy Wirth! Beautiful plein air! Seascapes! Laguna Beach! Wonderful Art Show!
It was free the day I went! It was beautiful I enjoyed walking through and seeing the different art styles from all of the artists!
Excellent! Truly unique and this year truly a sense of place!
Original, the theme 2019 "Time Machine" connects the evolutions of art and industry with Leonardo Da Vinci in common thread.
Warning: the Californian nights are very very cool, think of sweaters, closed shoes and / or blankets as do the locals
A rare Southern California attraction capturing museum works of art are brought to life by utilizing humans to become part of the art itself.
Irvine bowl is such a delightful venue to view the creative live art experience.Bring a jacket as it can get cool in the evening.Give yourself about an hour prior to the show to view all the wonderful artwork for sale at high prices all around the venue. The jewelery is quite awesome! Whalen was my fav!
Bring binoculars, warm layers, snacks, and drinks. But not too much to drink. The women's restroom gets so busy that it got sketchy fast. And don't bring young kids. The show doesn't start until after dark at 8:30pm, so there were some tired kids crying before the show even began last night.
