We stayed at the Posthotel for several days in the summer. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay and we came back really refreshed. The Posthotel fulfills most of its reviews but really everything? In our opinion there are still a few points of criticism.

I would like to rate the following points_

- Reception
- Cleanliness / dog friendliness
- service
- Eat
- bathing area

The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt very comfortable. However, we came with a dog, were already there around 11:30 am, when I asked about the feel-good board, I was referred to afternoon until our room was ready, afterwards it was explained to us, the time was given as 2:00 pm . We were more or less sent away for lunch. A few days later we see new guests at lunch (feel-good board). The area is taboo for dogs, that was clear to us. However, it wasn't hot that day, we could have been asked if we wanted to put our dog in the car for a moment or if we would rather go for a walk. The dog is in the trunk while driving and waiting 1-2 hours in a cool underground car park won't kill him. We don't think it's right to send the guest away. The room was only ready until 2:45 p.m. and I had to ask twice. The hotel management was friendly and informative.

The room itself is very nicely decorated and clean. The bed is very hard, everything hurt us. There are bowls and a bed + blanket for the dog. The rooms face a side entrance perfectly. There is no need to go through the entire hotel. At the exit there is a bag stand, there is also a dog shower, towels are available here. Perfectly thought out.

The service is ok, a lot of young, inexperienced but always friendly employees. On the first evening we couldn't order more wine because the service only hopped in a triangle and kept running past us. In this price category, we expect a waiter to be properly looked after, that was not always fulfilled. The food itself was of good quality, but in our opinion it does not meet the expectations that can be derived from the other reviews. We had an "i" but the "icing on the cake" was simply missing. The idea with the buffet combination is nice. I just find it kind of strange when I order something, it comes partly from the buffet, partly directly from the kitchen. The coordination with the filling of the buffet did not always work, once it was pretty empty and we thought ok . then there is a little less on offer today, after our main course everything was filled up. One evening we had to wait a good 30 minutes for the main course to be ordered from the kitchen. There is definitely upside potential here.

The bathing area is very nice and clean both outside and inside. Outside a direct view of the mountains. Likewise the sauna area, there is something for every taste.
