I bought a car yesterday. I was very happy with the deal I got and with the overall friendliness of all the people who worked there. Everyone introduced themselves with a handshake. My salesman in particular was outstanding. Carlos Alvarez, my salesmen, knew what he was talking about. I was greeted with a smile and handshake, he offered me something to drink before we even sat down. He went above and beyond, handled everything, I mean he was running all over the place, making everything perfect but always checking in and making sure we were okay, so you didn't feel stranded. He went over everything on my car, how every button worked and even programmed my phone into the car for me. An honest pleasure from when we met him to when we left. I would give the dealership 5 out of 5, literally couldn't get better but I would give Carlos a 10 out of 5. I was extremely impressed. It was like walking into a dealership 20 years ago, when people still cared and customer service still meant something. I don't give reviews or write reviews but this warrants it, you have a customer for life.
