It's heaven. Great studio with fabulous teachers and modern facilties. I joined over 2 years ago as a complete beginner (so don't be afraid to try it) and could not ask for more. Tribe and the upbeat team of yogis and pilates instructors supports more experienced practice too (incl teacher training). Never mundane, always evolving. Nice blend of spiritual and exercise with a wide variety of different classes offered. Wish I'd tried it a long time ago!
