I really liked Alnwick Gardens which I visited this month with my sister and friends. The gardens are beautifully designed and remarkably mature for such a young garden. The gated poison garden was surprisingly interesting and we all learnt something.

Afterwards we lounged in the sun on the grass at the site where Neville Longbottom's lost his remembrall and Harry Potter & Malfoy Lestrange took to the air: Alnwick Castle
