Carolyn was horrible not helpful to resolve a debt nor answer questions on how to resolve matter to pay off the debt. This company is hired to resolve the debt and she argued and then hung phone up on me. I recorded the phone call and I wish I was able to post that. This company should monitor the calls for training purposes. How can we resolve the debt if we hang up on the people who are reaching out to pay it. The company that hires you are asking you to collect the funds not have them go unpaid.
