Waited an 1.5 for a teller check.. when the rep at customer service said I could go for one.. again waited in line for 1.5 hours!! For usaa motor bank to say I couldn t do it. Is usaa going to compensate my time .. No! Is the rep going to get written up for providing wrong information .. No!
Don t waste your time waiting in the long lines.
