Nice devices and work well when operational but that's where the good news ends.

Unfortunately if you're in another country or can't go to their office in person, there is no after sales service. They won't honor their own Warranty should you have a genuine Warranty issue. They just don't respond, I'm not the only one because I've spoken with other (ex) PLX clients from around the world that have experienced the exact same behaviour.
And if they do happen to accidentally to contact you, when they realize it's a genuine warranty issue, they will say anything to end the conversation and that will be the last you hear from them.

They seem to like their customers supporting them with their Kickstarter projects but they don't seem to like to support the same customers when we need help. That's my experience anyway......poor form PLX! If you're an international customer YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
