I have been struggling for 2 months to get any reaction. I have a 10mb Capped fiber line from frogfoot with Afrihost being the ISP. I specifically took the capped package in order to have no throttle/shaping on my speed. I occasionally get my 10mb up and download speed. 90 % of the time I have a 0.75mb download and a 2mb upload. I have contacted Afrihost numerous times and all they do is "reset" the line on their side. Whatever that means....it is only a temporary solution as after 2 hours....speed is down again. At my previous house I was with Afrihost and had the exactly the same package, with not 1 problem in 12 months!! Thus I know it is not the ISP, but the actual fibre lines is the problem. I am writing this because I feel that you are not delivering on your side of the deal. I am paying of 10mb fibre, but I am receiving edge.... I am living in Welgevonden Estate in Stellenbosch. Please take action ASAP! I actually know of a few people that has problems with their frogfoot fibre lines in the estate with different ISP's.
Also, if you would like evidence, please contact me as i have a lot of photos of ping tests and speed tests.
