First time ordering on the Chick-fil-A app. It was nice and I really appreciate how efficient it was and was nice to know when my food was on the way. The only thing keeping my visit from being a 5 star is the fact that my order was wrong.. I was hoping that ordering online would keep this mistake from happening. Service was great but now I'm sitting on my lunch break trying to pick apart my salad. And when I tried to call to explain the situation, I got transferred straight to voicemail.
