Beautiful resort. Great room, service was pretty good as well. The 2 star rating comes from the sneaky parking fee and the valet service. Parking is $22 per day (valet or self park!), along with the $29 resort fee. You would think that the resort fee covers parking but it does not. We checked in and handed our vehicle over to the valet around 4 PM. We then went to the room and got settled in. I had to leave at 445 PM for an appointment. When I got over to the valet to pick up my vehicle I discovered that they had not even parked my car yet! It was left running for over 45 minutes!!! Absolutely unacceptable.
