It the midst of an international pandemic, this hotel refuses to provide a refund or even respond with an email signed by a real person -- just a one sentence response saying there's nothing they can do. Shocking predatory business practices like this shouldn't be allowed and I guess I'll be filing a complaint with California's attorney general.
