I've been since December 28, more than a month and a half, waiting for you to solve the problem of a leak caused by the neighbor above. During all this time I am sleeping on a sofa bed since the room has been filled with mold by the water. Not to mention that the bathroom plaster is to change it whole. This is a total helplessness.
