We are not professional bowlers (not even close), ...

We are not professional bowlers (not even close), we came just to have fun and celebrate 2 birthdays. Our experience began with us standing in front of the counter and being ignored by the lady (Paula) who wouldn't put her phone down. After asking about our reservation, she seemed like she was doing an enormous favor for checking us in and giving us our (wrong sized) shoes. She was mentally somewhere else.

Then we had to get moved 3 times due to equipment malfunction, after begging (a lot... seriously. A LOT) for help from the same (even less friendly) lady.

Our game ended 2 plays from the last round, but we were so tired of begging, that we simply left. It's unfortunate, the place looks quite nice and could provide us with lots of fun and visits.

We tried talking to her in the end to share our experience, but she insisted on "there's nothing we can do about it". Manager wasn't there.

Oh, and no apologies, not once. We literally asked if they couldn't even apologize (so Canadian :D), and her reply was "we cannot do that".
