If I can give zero stars I would.
I have encountered Beijing airport 2 times this year and I vow never ever ever to fly via this airport in future.
Queues for transfers beyond a joke. Waited an hour, to have my bag searched for the second time to then realise that it was the most unorganized chaos I have ever seen. It seemed okay for people to push in front and be allowed to do so. I had 3 men push ahead of me on the x-ray machine and the staff member said "it's Ok!"
On my journey to my destination my bag went missing at Beijing airport also.
The airport is huge, nobody wishes to help you. Staff don't Talk, acknowledge or even smile in your direction.
Both times, I was late catching my connecting flight.

DO NOT TOUCH ANY RAILS!!!! Because I held the rail on the translators to find my hand had turned black with dirt after.

Definitely my worst airport experience.. it's a real shame for the airlines that are based here.
