NEVER AGAIN! This is my first time ever coming her...

NEVER AGAIN! This is my first time ever coming here and I will NOT BE BACK! I arrived roughly 10 mins early, checked in and waited. My appointment was made for 11am (yes I made an appointment and still had to wait almost an hour). A lady checked on me and said she will be with me soon, some people haven t had a haircut in a while! Umm is that the best excuse you could come up with? Are you cutting a humans head or an animal? There is NO REASON as an experienced stylist/nail tech you can not manage your time properly and schedule accordingly. In all my 30yrs, I ve never known someone to schedule an appointment and then make them wait almost an hour or so. And if it does happen, call your clients to let them know you are behind schedule today to please come 30 mins later. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. As a stylist/nail tech you expect your customers/clients to respect and value your time yet YOU CLEARLY DO NOT VALUE OTHERS! OH AND THE BEST PART IS WHILE IM WAITING, she is taking pictures of the customer hair that she just finished cutting! Ugh HELLO, you have a client waiting almost an hour for their appointment, I don t think playing photography is the best move!

Appointment at 11, walking out at 12:34! Still charged me full price of $35 with no apology herself! Another stylist apologized when checking on me but she was at no fault. The pedicure was quicker than my wait! I should of been given a discount as compensation for my time that was wasted and not valued and simply as a courtesy to the customer. My number is on file and would appreciate management making this situation right and hold your employee responsible and accountable.
