Literally best decision I have ever made was joining this phenomenal gym. Coaches and fellow members have not only become friends but family. I started out unhappy and unfit and really had no clue what to do. Brandi and all her crew got me back to loving the gym and helped me find that motivation I needed to get my life back in shape. Love every minute spent there whether it be working my butt off to cutting up and having safely distanced fun with everyone. I have never felt this strong and have so much love and appreciation for all the amazing coaches who have helped me over the last two years and continue to help me every day.
