Make sure you ask for Lance. We had no issues with him. Lance will work hard to make sure you are happy. We also liked Lance because he does not push you into a vehicle that is not right for you. This dealership is very busy. Make sure you phone ahead and make an appointment. That way you do get the best service. I have been to many Toyota dealerships and will only go back to this location
