I understand Shangri-La is Krisflyer hotel partner...

I understand Shangri-La is Krisflyer hotel partners. For every stay, the guest are able to earn krisflyer miles. Have provided my Krisflyer account details to the receptionist upon check-in but haven't receive a single points for my past 2 visit/stay at this hotel. I even register for the golden circle during my 1st stay back in April 2019.

The staff is not familiar with this krisflyer miles scheme, would appreciate some advice on this subject.
