My wife and I came into Jim Norton to have the oil change done to our Toyota Camry. We looked at several new and used cars on the lot. We decided to test drive a Toyota Venza for the first time. We really had not paid too much attention to this vehicle when it came out. The wife and I fell in love with it. The Venza XLE loaded is the car for us. With the Camry wheelbase and V6 power, and all the bells and whistles, it rides like a dream. The mile per gallon is also something we were looking for in a SUV type vehicle.
We have a daughter 14 years old that plays competitive softball and we travel all over the middle part of the US during the spring, summer, and fall months. The Camry has served us well but has become to small.
The Venza touring machine is the car for us.
We test drove a used one and thought we would be satisfied with a used car. However, we wanted to buy a new one instead of someone else's leased vehicle. Looking at are finances we could not bring ourselves to buy a car at this time. The people at Jim Norton were very patient and understanding with us. We took up lots of their time and personnel but did not buy a car. We are practical people and do not rush into spontaneous decisions on expensive purchases. The plan is endure one more year in the Camry, pay the Camry off early, give it to one of our kids. By fall of 2016 we would have saved enough to but large chunk of money down on a new car that we are excited to buy, a 2017 Toyota Venza XLE.

I know that even after this post that we will get a fair price, good and fair service when we buy the Venza next fall.
