We came to MacDonald after having a bad experience elsewhere and couldn't be more pleased with their wonderful service! Tom helped us pick out Superior Red Oak flooring for our home and was so knowledgeable on the product. We were concerned about the chemicals used in flooring and Tom was able to answer all of our questions.

Troy installed our floors for us and was so attentive to detail, even asking if he was keeping things clean enough (our daughter has asthma). We cannot thank MacDonald enough for making this flooring update a wonderful experience! We look forward to purchasing more products and working with Troy and Tom in the future!
