Horrible service, wish my insurance company would ...

Horrible service, wish my insurance company would use someone else that's somewhat reliable and professional. Vehicle gets towed to a "storage lot" (ends up being isolated in the backyard of a building) and instead of keeping their word on towing it the next day to the final destination, it remains forgotten in this yard for over 3 days.
