Was very sick, their French onion soup is my "secret weapon " when ill. Went thru drive through. The young lady confused my order, then failed to ask me about putting my purchase on my rewards account. When I brought it up, she stared blankly at me. I asked again & she had to ask someone about what to do, she then returned to me & said it was too late for me to receive credit for my purchase, but I could try going on line & see if I could figure it out. Not happy about this visit!!!!!
