Lincoln Heritage has been a great company to work with. I had no problem when Mama was no longer able to handle her own finances and I became her Power of Attorney. I also had no problem when I moved her bank account to my home town when she moved to be closer to me and I had to change the account where her premium was deducted. She recently passed away and the customer service representative was so compassionate. I was given information on exactly what to do. Out of all the companies I have had to deal with, Lincoln Heritage has responded the quickest. Thank you Lincoln Heritage for all of your help!
