Night Desk registration staff are rude, confrontational, agressive and are benevolent to all beings on earth. They held us hostage by threatening to get us thrown out of the hotel and with loss of our total payment for three night stay, because the clerk could not find our payment. His manager came and found the payment after I retrieved a security guard to observe how threatening and demeaning the desk staff were being to me and my party. Whatever the clerk told the manager behind closed doors influenced the asst. manager to come out and display the same uninviting threatening attitude. The cherry on top is that the manager threatened us with expulsion a second time by looking at the security guard and stating, "do you think we should let 'THESE PEOPLE' stay in our hotel"? Thank God the security guard looked shocked and appalled that the assistant manager would add more salt to our wounds by asking such a question. when he saw how calm and dignified we were handling his abuse, he stated yes then dropped his head and walked away.
