This was our first time to use John Moore Services and I can assure you that if we ever need help again, it will be with John Moore. From the moment I made the call to check on getting some work done to the time they pulled out of our driveway. For reasons they can't control we still have no air tonight but tomorrow they will have what they need to install the new parts.
I was actually attracted to call them because of some of the ads they have had on TV with the pandemic. They truly seem to care.
