Dear tourists,be careful!The theft can happen in this hotel.My friend and me arrived to this hotel in the evening,we tried to use the safe but it did not work.We informed the receptionist about this,they asked us to wait for smb.to come and fix the problem.We had to wait 40 minutes,but nobody came.We left the bags and went out to look around at the resort.Only in a day we realized that 100 dollars disappeared from one wallet,which was in a bag.Now when we are back home,after calculation of our expenses we realize that 200 dollars and 50 euro were stolen from the bag.What is interesting that another currency was not taken,only dollars and euro.It is very sad to write such things about this hotel.The hotel is really nice,the staff is good,the garden and the beach are amazing.You will not feel bored being there for sure.I m from Europe and found it great to be surrounded by cheerful people from the USA and Canada.We have been to many resorts in different parts of the world but that s is the first time we faced such unpleasant situation like theft in a hotel room.It was too late we have found out this problem and our safe was fixed only at the last day of our staying there.At our check out nobody told us even sorry about this situation,like nothing happened.Dear tourists,please do not be naive like I am and do not follow my mistakes.;)Enjoy your vacation!
