Ibrahim Dos Santos is absolutely the worst realtor...

Ibrahim Dos Santos is absolutely the worst realtor that I have ever experienced, since I moved to Miami. I can understand his unresponsive and poor English, but one thing that I hate is lying. He told me a different story, every time I contacted him. He said the apartment should be mine, but then he was still secretly searching for other renters who would pay higher rent.

I contacted him for an apartment in North Miami Beach. After showing, I told him that I would like to rent the apartment. He first promised to send me the application form right away. Then, after four hours, I had to contact him to ask for the form. He told me that the owner did not want to rent it anymore, but he would talk the owner and get back to me the next day. Not surprisingly, he did not contact me, and I had to reach out to him. He did not pick up, and after two hours, he texted me that apartment was rented by the owner himself. I called him, and then he again changed a story, saying that the apartment was rented by another applicant through him. When I called him, he was very rude and told me "there is nothing he could do."
