When buying my 2014 CRV with Raghu, this was my second purchase within 2 years. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Other sales people may have written me off because they could spend their time with other customers for bigger sales opportunities but Raghu was different. Raghu's service to myself was excellent and focused on building a long term relationship rather than "selling" me a car. Within the month, Raghu sold 2 other CRVs from my referrals.
