- On September 10, 2018, I ordered a 48 PLUG AERATOR (part number 71508200) for my Gravely riding mower. The price displayed on the website was $249.95 plus $10.95 for shipping, for a total of $260.90. - On September 11, 2018, I received by email an order acknowledgement for my order mirroring this very price.
- On September 12, 2018, the store called me to ask for an $100 to cover additional freight cost or to cancel the order. I refused both and I asked them to fulfill their advertised price and order acknowledgement. A few minutes later, they sent me an email Per your request, we have canceled your order I am furious and very disappointed. They misled me with their price, cancelled my order without my authorization and lied about the origin of the order cancellation. They are dishonest people.
