Our heater worked for 1 winter and only half of this one. It will not produce hot air, just a pretty log glow. Spoke with Twin-Star rep who indicated parts are not being sent from China, so nothing they could do to help. So basically, through away the 1 season heater and purchase new. One would think a heater would last a couple seasons. Do not feel I got my money's worth on this one. Hope my other Duraflame products last longer than this one. Disappointing on my short life 1500 Watt free standing fireplace. RIP
