I ordered the wrong parts. Returned them. The prepaid label that they provide was very very wrong. That price for that provided label was $40.81 and would be taken out of the total refund of the parts. Well that label did not work so I had to pay out of pocket for the proper label. I emailed customer service about it and they said they would not charge me for the return label. So I should ve received the total $230.87 spent on parts. I only received $89.74. After I printed out multiple times to a person named Maxwell through email that I wasn t refunded the full amount because they still charged me for the bad label and taxed me. Which has never happened with any other online refund. I was blocked so I can t send customer service anymore emails and I m out $141.13 of my money. So I do not recommend buying from them because they take your money after you foot the bill to return the parts then block you when you call the out. I have emails, bank statements and a tracking number from Fedex showing it was returned. They stole my money and I m not happy at all. The person who informed me of the full refund($230.87) and not being charged the $40.81 for the label. So I should have received the full $230.87 but I only got $89.74.
