Home of the 5 star technician my butt! These guys couldn't get 5 stars if they worked for NASA . Had to call 2 times to get a tech scheduled . Tech was FOUR HOURS LATE, said he'd have the office call me to reschedule. Office never called. 0 professionalism, absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!
