Ever since I joined CSSR in 2018, I have had problems with billing. About 1 month after my family and I joined, they lost my paperwork and had to have me come in just to re-sign my membership papers.

Then in January 2019, they stopped billing my account and did not notify me until April 2019 to bill my account for over $1259 in a single month. No apology. Just excuses.

Today, I found out that my membership had been cancelled on the 14th of February because I aged out of the family plan. I received no calls, no emails. The account handler said that someone had sent a letter in the mail, but I have yet to receive anything. I only found out when I went in to workout at night and was denied entry. Once again, I did not receive any apologies. Just more excuses.

This billing department is a nightmare. I was okay with paying for a separate plan for myself, but I am not okay with my membership being canceled without my notice. I am looking back on my membership history and am seeing very inconsistent billing that I will need to address in the next few days.

CSSR has made a huge error for the 3rd time with my account, so I recommend anyone who does not want to deal with an incompetent billing department to find another gym.

TLDR; Billing has no clue how to manage accounts properly. Find a gym with much better customer service - especially if you are too busy to fix someone else's mistakes.
