We stayed here 2 years ago for my daughters birthd...

We stayed here 2 years ago for my daughters birthday and we had a great time... All except for the hot wings that werent to good... But these are all of our issues since we got here yesterday...

-It took us an hour and a half standing in a line in the lobby to get our room keys and wrist bands...
- Then they made us pay $89 for room fees and parking... That we were un aware of..
-Then we had to give up $50 towards deposit. (Which thats fine, thats what we paid before.)
- We find out later that the big slides at water park are closed.
- And we also found out later that we would have to pay 10-15 for a microwave for the room.( which it was included in our room on our last visit. )
I am very disappointed.
