An update for the below issue:
The manager called and apologized for the inconvenience happened. I hope there wont be same issue repeated next time.

What an awful service! I went there for sworn translation service. The lady who assisted me promised to contact me when my docs had been done - which was promised by late afternoon before their closing time. So i waited the whole day for her update to collect my docs until 15.30 and their closing time is at 16.00! I HAD TO CALL them and someone told me theyre almost closing and rushing me to collect before theyre closed or i could pick it up the next day and I was badly in a rush! Once i arrived there no apology was given for not getting back to me or updating me; they even didnt clarify or explain why this unfortunate thing had happened!
