Seems very handy and easy, but you end up disappointed. The app does not work and you cannot reach your money. Bunq does not have a customer service or phone number that you can call, so just hope you can get back to your money someday. I hope they will contact you soon (how? That remains a mystery) so that I can end the bill and get my money back!
