I recently shopped on their website and found the website to be user-friendly, making it easy to browse and shop. The shipping was efficient and my order arrived on time. However, I was disappointed with the customer service when I had an issue with a product. It took a bit of effort to resolve the problem, and I didn't feel that my concern was completely addressed.
