Contacted Hipvan back in June 2017 with regards to...

Contacted Hipvan back in June 2017 with regards to credits in my account but wasn't able to get any assistance from them.
I happened to look into my account recently and realized i still have this credit left in my account.

This credit is a refund that was credited back into my account back in 2016 and i have asked for it to be refunded to me in terms of creditcard but they credited it into my Hipvan account. I was told to utilize it by purchasing something from Hipvan but i have looked through the entire catalogue but i really have nothing to buy :(

Its strange that i have to purchase something with my refund when i have nothing in mind.

June 2017 was the last contact with their customer service with nothing to buy. Fast forward to 2 years+, still have nothing in mind to purchase but still unable to claim the refund that was rightfully credited to me which i am unable to utilize.
