Good improv classes here. The levels outside of the conservatory are a bit more chill than Groundlings and UCB, which is nice when you re just trying to learn the basics. That said, not all teachers are created equal. The teachers who are less invested have more chaotic classes which makes for much poorer scene work. So far, I ve found Rich Baker to be the teacher who provides the most structured experience (I give him 5 stars). He truly cares about his teaching and has thought long and hard about what works and what doesn t, and why. This helps to create a strong foundation for good scenes (scenes can derail so easily).
