Im currently staying here and the room is nice enough but there is no microwave. They give you a whole kerug set up before they give you a microwave. Conveniently there is a 7/11 right next door. I m 8 months pregnant and I went down to buy some lunch. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for utensils. I didn t realize until I go to my room that I had forgotten them. I called the front desk to see if they could provide any and I was rudely told no. The lady was like idk where to get any Im sorry but I m a very sarcastic tone and hung up on me. Very rude! If it weren t for the fact that I have asthma and a four year old who I d have to take with me back to the store I d go but I can t. I expected to be treated a little more kindly given the circumstances right now. I m staying here for six days total let s see if the service gets better or worse.
