Really bad experience with COD option.It is never delivered when cash on delivery option is selected. When I complain them over phone they simply disconnected the call.Really bad staff at jhansi.Customer care have no solution the problem. They provided new mobile number to contact, as if it is not their duty to resolve the issue.
Note that when booked with online payment option, food received was really good. No problem with food quality anytime.
