Came in stressed out with a bunch of gunk accidentally downloaded on my computer. Thought it was going to be an expensive fix and take forever. Not the case. Misa figured it out right then and there, spent a short amount of time cleaning it up, no charge, and was on my home in 20 minutes. Really pleasant guy to deal with. Cool new space too!
