Had a full set of Winter Tires swapped out with Summer Set, missing a lug nut when they brought the car out. Service Writer said they would have to order a lug nut or I could go down to Belle Tire and they would reimburse me. Service Writer called Parts and requested they order the part and they would be here Tuesday. No Call from the service writer to bring car back. Called parts department and no parts were ordered nor were they in stock. Service writer hasn't returned calls or emails requesting update.
